The purpose of the trainee program is to attract young graduates with development potential in order to meet our long-term needs for qualified employees and real estate agents.

Our goal is to educate our trainees to achieve a higher level in the field of real estate. The training provides a comprehensive understanding of the Notar Group’s challenges, which enables the trainees to not only meet everyday challenges, but most importantly, to handle demanding positions throughout the entire organisation.
