Los Caideros is built in a standard Spanish style and gives you that feeling of walking around small Spanish streets. As its situated right next to Anfi del Mar it gives you the short distance to the beaches, bars, restaurants and shopping. It’s walking distance to taxi stop, bus station and only a short ride to Puerto Rico or Arguineguin. Los Caideros has a small café where you can enjoy lunch or buy daily fresh bread and essential groceries when needed.

From this apartment you have beautiful ocean views from both the terrace and balcony where you can enjoy the afternoon sun as well as the sunset.
As you enter the apartment from street level you have direct access to the kitchen at the left side.
Connected to the kitchen is a small dining area right next to the first-floor terrace. The terrace is spacious with built in garden beds and can easily fit a dining table and sunbeds. On the right side of the entrance, you find the bathroom with toilet and Glassdoor shower cabinet. Located next to the bathroom is a spiral staircase up to the second floor and further in there is a living room area with big windows with a lot of natural light to make the entire apartment very bright. In the left side corner of the living room there is a door to a smaller room that can fit one single bed and extra storage.
In direct connection to the staircase on the upper floor you are met by the bedroom where you can furnish with two single or one double bed. There is a built-in closet and room for a chest of drawers. The upper balcony has spectacular views of the mountains and Atlantic Ocean, it gives you privacy and is the perfect spot to enjoy a drink while watching the sunset.

The ceiling and the walls are painted white throughout the apartment, with marble style white and grey coloured tiles on both upper and lower floor as well as the outdoor flooring. The bathroom has slightly bigger wall tiles in a shade of beige.
The kitchen has white and black upper and lower cabinets with grey backsplash, contains a sink, 2 burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and outlets for electrical supplies.
The bathroom contains toilet, glass shower cabinet with seating, sink and electrical towel rail.
