The complex is fenced with high fences and locked gates. Inside of the apartment there is one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room combined with kitchen and a balcony. You also have access to the communal areas where you find a spacious sun terrace with sunbeds and a swimming pool. In the bedroom there is a double bed, a night stand, wardrobe, a shoe cabinet and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has bathroom furniture with a sink and drawers, and a mirror on a wall. A toilet and a shower with glass doors. In the living room there is a sofa, TV furniture and a smart TV, and a small coffee table. Air conditioner in the living room. The complex has a communal swimming pool and sun terrace with views over Anfi del Mar and the beach. From here you can watch the sun set into the ocean in winter time.
