The floors has been lifted and underneath there is placed a draining system consisting of pipes.
The terrace is also drained through this system. Walls inside has been flattened out and contain a moisture barrier that makes sure the climate indoors is dry.
All rooms are naturally ventilated through valves as well. All floors are tiled with a light grey tile, and walls have skirting boards in a similar color.
Walls are all painted white which compliments the natural lights that are let in through the windows.
